CUISINESCENE NEW ZEALAND is a well established New Zealand company which has set a new standard in gourmet condiments, while staying true to the great New Zealand heritage of "home preserves". We use only the best, seasonal fruit and vegetables, most grown within a few kilometres of our fully-registered kitchen.

Cuisinescene is the brand to look for when you need superbly tasty chutneys, salsas, vinaigrettes, jellies, oils and splashes to add the finishing touch to your food.

Cuisinescene can supply  products in retail size bottles and jars and also in large "food service" sizes to simplify life for busy cafe and restaurant chefs.

A team of "women of a certain age" whip up steaming batches of chutneys and salsas, and gallons of vinaigrettes and splashes in a fully registered kitchen north of Hamilton. Using only the freshest, naturally ripened produce, and traditional recipes with a distinctly New Zealand twist, the results are always mouth-watering - not to mention sometimes addictive!

A case in point is the "world-famous in New Zealand" Red Wine Vinaigrette, which has a following all of its own. We have loyal customers who regularly order our 1.6 litre flagons of this gorgeous dressing. One customer even confessed that she eats it out of the bottle with a spoon! Other popular products include the Passionfruit and Lemon Curd - perfect on pancakes, pavs and meringues - and the Bloke’s Smokey Stout Chutney, brimming with fruit, real stout, and a hint of hickory.

Although supplying both trade and private customers keeps us busy, along with our regular stall at the Tamahere and Kumeu Markets, there will be more products added to the range over the coming months. And we’re always happy to consider product requests from our customers!
