Honey Mustard with Manuka Honey

Passionfruit and Lemon Curd

Heaven on a spoon! This is the most 'moreish' mouthful you will ever taste. Wonderful on toast or a croissant in the morning, but even better with crepes for a decadent dessert. Savoury Rosemary Jelly

This golden jelly is the perfect alternative to mint sauce when you have roast lamb. Soften it slightly in the microwave and brush it over the meat before you cook it, and then again when the roast is resting - it makes a wonderful glaze. Amazingly good with cheese, too!
