Salsa

A tropical explosion, the joint impact of these two beautiful flavours has to be tasted to be believed. Try a dollop on crumbed fish to add some zing, but it is equally as good with cold meats and chicken.

Salsa is Spanish for sauce, so we have a robust, chunky, tomato and chilli sauce. This salsa has a chilli "kick" but will not fry your tonsils! Use as a dip with corn chips or vegetable sticks, nachos or any Mexican flavoured dish. It's really great on an antipasto platter or with food straight off the BBQ. Come on spice up your life!
