This retro dessert is so simple to make, using our delicious Mixed Berry Drizzle.

  • For the crust:  Combine 200g plain biscuits of your choice with 75g melted butter.  Press the mixture into the base of a 23cm springform tin lined with baking paper.  Place in the fridge to chill while you make the filling.
  • For the filling:  First mix 3 tsp gelatine and 1/3 cup of cold water, then heat gently for 10 sec intervals in the microwave, until all the gelatine has dissolved.  Set aside to cool.    In the food processor mix 150 - 200 mls Cuisinescene  Mixed Berry Drizzle with 250g cream cheese (softened) and 200g strawberry flavoured Greek-style yoghurt (NOT Lite version).  Add the cooled gelatine mixture and blend until well combined.   Then fold in 250mls softly whipped cream.
  • Pour the mixture over the base in the prepared tin, cover and chill overnight.
  • Decorate with extra berries or Mixed Berry Drizzle.  Note: for adults, trying mixing a little Cassis or other fruit-flavoured liquer into the Drizzle before serving.  Enjoy !
